Hot rolled/cold rolled sheets are processed by molding and then treated with hot-dipped zinc. The surface treatment process is widely used by well tested, the zinc layer is uniform, strong adhesion, long service life. The anti-corrosion effect is greatly reduced in hot and humid environment. The surface is rough, easy to form zinc tumor at the product port (poor aesthetics).
